    Last week Goldmine International announced Tax Deduction for every customer as 6% of earning as per Government of Pakistan Law. This step shows company’s legitimacy and gives legal protection on your earning.

    Its great but so many customers of GMI who newly sign up get 28$ as GMS, asking that why your presenters said you will get 30$ as GMS, i think this law atleast implement for those whose earning 500$ per week.

    I would like to give response to Mr. Hamza’s query about TAX deduction!!

    Dear Hamza,

    Look, here I explain you; we are still getting 30% as commission disbursed to our Gold Commission Banks so our presenters are right at there place, you get 30$ for completing one step but 6% as TAX is deducted from it. So you get 28.2$ actually in hand.

    As far as you suggestion about implementing this law to people earning more then 500$ is, a tax is applicable by your local government, it’s not something that is taken as a charge by company (Gold Mine) and is applied on everyone living and earning in Pakistan whether its 30$ or 3000$

    I believe, you going to have some same sort of a response to your concern from GMI Admin! :D

    I would like to ask something,

    This is good we’re paying tax to Pakistan government, But when ever you pay tax to government so they give you NTN certificate for paying, and they record your tax paying.

    My question is Where’s NTN Certificate for every customer of GMI who belongs to Pakistan.

    tax is not paid weekly,it will be collectively paid by the company by the due date.
    afterwards u can go to GMI office and can request for a tax receipt on the company letter head and present the same to your tax lawyer to submit your GMI tax along with other taxes if applicable.
    or you can manually print out your commission bank details and submit to concerned authorities.

    Thanks for you input, you are right Mr Kamran Farhat really pagal bana rahey hain aur is pagal bananey mey wo logo ko Dollars $ dilwa rahey hain.
    Agar aap ya koi aur hum logon ko is tarah pagal banana chahtay hai tou hum taiyar hain.

    I would like to know about 6% WHT deduction. I am Pakistani Tax Payer. How would I take credit from Tax department.

    Is GMI (Pvt) LTd issued a tax certificate at the end of fininacial year or some thing els.

    Two announcements have recently been made by GMI regarding Pakistan:

    The 6% Tax that was being deducted from all Pakistanis has been abolished. Not only that the tax deducted from different customers has also been refunded to them. All entries of deduction of tax has been erased from the GMI site.

    200 new motorcycles have been announced for Pakistanis for introduction of new customers.

    All this has been implemented in the scenario when SECP has raised objections/reservations on the activities of GMI in Pakistan.
    Right after the announcement of SECP, the seniors assured the matter would be taken up seriously and the SECP will have to take its decision back. But till now our seniors have not disclosed as to what has been done in this respect.
    Complete silence of our seniors and the above two announcements reveal that perhaps the GMI has lost their battle against SECP.
    The respectable seniors are requested that the efforts made by them and the results thereof, whatsoever, may be brought to the notice of all GMI customers who are still waiting to listen something.
