   Hello,
   I went through both fatwas but i found the first one more cleared but still questions left…

   2nd thing… its confusing that one saying haram and one saying halal… i dont know which one to follow.

   ulemas have only one concern that if the gold products redeemed are very expensive than their actual value then its prohibted and i know as a customer that these products are no way expensive but they are always redeemed at the current gold price.
   If u compare GMI to other companies the product and prices is one huge difference.
   most people have a preset mind about GMI and they start comparing it with MLM companies.
   so when they present the business to ulemas with half knowledge,respected ulmas treat it like previous companies which were declared haram.
   one thing is clear from these fatwas that there is no big NO! its always open for discussion.
   the difference in opinion among ulema is nothing new,so do not expect ulemas to become one voice on this issue.
   Join GMI and you will know that its more transparent than any business.
   i would also like to submit a favorable fatwa about a similar company by mufti Taqi usmani.so that readers could see that mufti sahib is quite positive with the system.

   another objection that ulemas have raised is about completing 3 left and 3 right and call it unfair,and waste of efforts of a customer.
   IMHO if one is allowed to get commissions by working on 1 side only,then there will be no efforts done,as every new addition in chain will benefit the upline or people who joined earlier.
   however what is not mentioned in the fatwa that company pays a DRC direct reward commission of $2 if someone directly introduces a customer.moreover if one customer has a unbalanced tree,it simply means to concentrate more on the weaker side to start earning with no time limit.
   and lastly that company does not sale its products to non members is completely false.let me explain
   its a online shop of gold with no physical shop,operating on the principles of networking i.e. customer and company are in direct relation.
   so if any one wants the gold product,can buy it through a customer or by paying directly to the company through customer.
   In network marketing the company do not open showrooms or retail outlet.
   and since there is no membership fee so the objection that company do not sell product to non members is baseless.

   The fatwa or opinion is given on the nature of business,it is never issued for different shops doing the same kind of business.
   if u are trying to people who lack such a common sense then better leave them apart and look for sensible people.
   Mufti taqi usmani is a very busy person however the fatwa by mufti rafiq ul hasni who is also a renowned and undisputed mufti favors the system.
   more over there are hundreds of sects in pakistan do u think they will agree upon Mufti taqi usmani?
   think again..

Let me know if one can not find any source of income, and he goes for gmi to make his bread and butter all that he is struggling is Haram,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Anyone please tell me.     Dears i admit that Ulemas are not agreed on one decision but its better 4 us to choose a path which is clear n required no argue upon its being halal…
    2nd i would like 2 say that Hazrat Muhammad(S.A.W) has warned us that there are some ways of earning which require arguments upon being them as halal or haram but the one who leave these unclear ways of earnings shall succeed in the world here n hereafter….
