    there is no respect for women or ladies guest when we invite the ladies guest i mean there is some sort of partition in which a working women feel safe herself it is very difficult to new commer or a guest to adjust in a crew wher every where she see only looks like boys and boys the hall area is good but some part is leave only for ladies to feel free and work fast and feel secure because it is sub-continent where the atmosphere is different for working women and when she invites a guest to visit which is also a lady it is very difficult to adjust her in the enviroment. although the enviroment is so good and supportive but the fact of the matter is u know what i m pointing out
    so thats why u see the hall area is a percent of 2 of ladies and 98% are male why????????
    the ans is solve when you deal sub continent in typical sub continet way. i hope u understand and give more chance and estability and flaxibility to ladies feel safe and secure to present her families and consumers.
